Services
Plum HVAC provides heating, cooling, heat pump, indoor air quality, and related HVAC services. Plum HVAC is a licensed California contractor, CSLB #1087978.
Estimates & pricing
Estimates for new systems are provided free of charge. Diagnostic service fees are disclosed before work begins. Final pricing is presented and approved before any work is performed.
Warranties
2-year labor warranty standard, extendable up to 12 years with a Premium Maintenance Plan Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Maintenance plan members may qualify for extended labor warranties.
Scheduling & cancellations
We make every effort to arrive within your scheduled window. If you need to reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible so we can serve other customers.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plum HVAC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to the amount you paid, if any, to access it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under California consumer-protection law or any warranty required by law.
Intellectual property
The content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and layout — is owned by or licensed to Plum HVAC and is protected by intellectual-property laws.
